Laurier Athletics - Waterloo Campus

Artichuk, from Ottawa, Ont., skipped the Laurier women's curling team to a U SPORTS championship title and an undefeated 9-0 record this past week in Lethbridge. The communications studies major had games of 90%, 86%, and 82% in key round robin victories, and followed that up with an 84% performance in the gold medal game. Artichuk was a +7 for the U SPORTS championship, out-curling opposing skips by 5% or more in seven out of nine games, and was named a  U SPORTS First Team All-Canadian.
