Laurier football's Manager of Football Operations & Head Coach
Michael Faulds commented how "the team is very excited for both Braydon and Tommy, especially with how special it was seeing them get drafted back-to-back."
"Braydon joins a long list of Golden Hawks who have taken the next step in their playing careers with the Argonauts, and it's nice that he can play close to home," said Faulds. "Saskatchewan has always been known to have a very passionate fan base, so for Tommy to end up there is neat. It won't be long before he's a fan favourite in Regina."
Noll dressed for 23 games with the Golden Hawks. His ability to play each of the positions on the offensive line saw the 6'6", 295-pound psychology major start the last 15 consecutive games between 2019 and 2021.
A graduate of Trinity College School, Noll expressed how he "couldn't be happier to join the Toronto Argonauts organization."
"I'm grateful to the Argos for giving me the opportunity to continue playing football at a high level," said Noll. "I can't wait to wear the double-blue and win a lot of football games."
Bringi, a psychology major from London, Ontario was an OUA first-team all-star for the second time in his career this past season.
He finished second in all U SPORTS with three interceptions and led the Golden Hawks in sacks as well as tackles for the third consecutive season, recording 33 over six games played.
The graduate of St. Andre Bessette Catholic Secondary School commented how thankful he is "to continue playing the game I love" and conveyed his appreciation to Laurier "for helping me get to this point."
"Saskatchewan is getting a relentless player who won't settle for anything less than being great," said Bringi.
Noll and Bringi were part of a group of 60 U SPORTS student-athletes that were picked in the eight-round draft. Additionally, their selections also contributed to the OUA being the top conference in total picks with 74.
