Misson Statement:
We are a group of dedicated Student Athletes, male and female, working together to give back to the community. Our mission is to change what it means to be a Varsity Athlete by using sport as a means of mentoring, educating and supporting our community. The Golden Hawk Council offers a supportive climate for all student athletes, their teams, and Wilfrid Laurier University Athletics & Recreation as a whole and we encourage team building in the larger sense, above and beyond each individual sport. We believe that creating positive change is a responsibility not an ideal.
