WATERLOO, Ont. - Laurier's 2025 OUA baseball regular season schedule, as well as non-conference preseason and exhibition games, has been announced.  

The Golden Hawks, led by second-year head coach Paul Ewart, will look to improve on their 10-18-1 record across all games (3-9 in conference) from a season ago.

They will get their first chance at doing so at the annual Toronto Varsity Blues Labour Day Classic from August 30 to August 31, and are set to face the host Varsity Blues along with the Queen's Gaels and Brock Badgers. 

The Golden Hawks will head to St. Catharines to face the Badgers for a regular season opening day double-header on Friday, September 5. 

The purple and gold debut at home on Sunday, September 7, at Bechtel Park when they host the Western Mustangs. The Golden Hawks fell in both regular season games and bowed out of the Far West Regional Qualifiers to the Mustangs last season. First pitch is set for noon.  

Laurier's homestand continues the following weekend when they open a two-game set against the McMaster Marauders on Saturday, September 13, and the next day for their final home game against the Guelph Gryphons, with both double-headers beginning at 12 pm. 

The Golden Hawks travel to Windsor on Sunday, September 21 to take on the Windsor Lancers. Last year, the Golden Hawks convincingly swept the season series, but lost in the Regional Qualifiers. 

The Golden Hawks wrap up the regular season with a Battle of Waterloo double-header against the Waterloo Warriors at Jack Couch Park in Kitchener. 

This season's OUA Far West Regional Qualifiers are set to be hosted by the Lancers from Friday, October 3, to Sunday, October 5.  The winner will move on to the OUA Championship hosted by the Warriors the following weekend, October 10-12.

As always, every Golden Hawks home game is non-ticketed, and admission is free.
