Mike Daly spent his nine-year CFL career as a team captain for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. With the Ti-Cats, he appeared in three Grey Cups and was named Tom Pate Award winner for dedication to his community in 2021. He was also a captain of the McMaster Marauders Vanier Cup Championship team in 2011.

A Kitchener native who attended Forest heights Collegiate School, Daly has ten years of coaching experience.
