
Rohan Thompson started as a linebacker for five years from 1998 to 2002. He was a two-time OUA first-team all-star and was selected as the team's MVP in his final season. In 2008, he was inducted into the Golden Hawks Hall of Fame.
Thompson received his undergraduate degree in Sociology and completed his Masters of Social Work at Laurier as well. He is a passionate advocate for justice and equity. Â
Previously, he was employed as the Manager of Community
Engagement and Communications for Waterloo Region and as the Workplace Equity Manager at the Peel District School Board. He is currently the Director of People and Equity for Dufferin County. He is also the proud husband of Kike Ojo-Thompson.
